Award for Scientific Publications
The Faculty of Exact Sciences is pleased to announce a new award for scientific publications in the departments of Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
The award, valued at 4,000 NIS, will be granted for each article accepted for publication from October 1, 2024, onwards.
Rules:
- The award is available to graduate students receiving a "First Generation" scholarship (those who began receiving the scholarship before the scholarship policy changes on October 1, 2024).
- The award is given to the first author or will be split in the case of equal contribution.
- There is no limit to the number of awards a student can receive.
- The articles must be published in journals recognized by the Israeli Council for Higher Education (VATAT) among the top 80% in their field. These journals should have a JIF Percentile higher than 20, as listed here.
- The awards will be distributed to eligible candidates after review, twice a year.
